Esteban Obando

Stephen Obando is the director of Youth Specialties in Costa Rica. He has served as a youth pastor for more than 15 years and currently pastors the “Christ is Coming” Church in Cartago, in Costa Rica. He is a graduate level Bible professor at the Central American Theological Seminary and a conference speaker at many leadership development events, both nationally and internationally. He is the author of a practical manual for youth counselors and pastoral counseling. He is married to Andrea and they have two children: Daniela and Diego.
