Rafael Zelaya

Rafael Zelaya is part of the team at Youth Specialties in Costa Rica and supports the local church by organizing special events and activities. He has worked in youth ministry for almost 15 years and during that time he has had the privilege of serving many young people and adolescents, especially in the area of discipleship. He teaches English as a second language and loves working with the younger generations. He lives with his beloved wife Yessy.
